Purpose and scope
This policy applies to our website, application form, client portal, coaching, chemistry calls, introductions, messages, photographs, and every interaction arranged through Amora. Everyone must act honestly, lawfully, respectfully, and with freely given consent.
Zero-tolerance prohibited activity
You must not use or attempt to use Amora to engage in, promote, facilitate, encourage, assist, recruit for, conceal, or profit from:
- Human trafficking or exploitation: sex trafficking, labor trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, prostitution or commercial sexual services, or controlling another person through force, fraud, coercion, threats, or debt.
- Abuse: sexual, physical, emotional, financial, or domestic abuse; coercive control; non-consensual conduct; or aiding, abetting, encouraging, or concealing abuse.
- Harm involving minors: minors may not participate. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or sexual communication involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment or violence: stalking, threats, intimidation, unwanted repeated contact, blackmail, hate, violence, or encouraging self-harm or harm to others.
- Fraud or deception: impersonation, romance scams, financial solicitation, identity theft, false documents, misleading relationship status, or material misrepresentation.
- Privacy violations: doxxing; recording without required consent; or sharing, publishing, selling, or misusing another person’s profile, photos, contact details, messages, or participation.
- Illegal or dangerous activity: unlawful weapons, controlled substances, money laundering, payment fraud, malware, unauthorized access, or other criminal conduct.
Respect, consent, and inclusion
Clients must respect boundaries and a person’s decision to decline or stop communicating. Sexual activity must always be legal and consensual. Unlawful discrimination, degrading language, and harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected status are prohibited.
Reporting concerns
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Report non-emergency concerns to Amora using the contact information below. Please include the people involved, relevant dates, a description of what occurred, and any supporting information you can lawfully provide.
Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, Amora may investigate, restrict contact, cancel a proposed introduction, suspend or terminate participation, preserve relevant records, notify an affected person, process information required for safety, or report and cooperate with appropriate authorities. Retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report is prohibited.
